Biography
Helen M. Ludwig works primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and family law including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child support, maintenance and step parent adoption. She has served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the Eastern District of Wisconsin since 1995 as well as representing debtors and creditors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies. Ms. Ludwig is a member of both the family law and bankruptcy sections of the Milwaukee and Waukesha County Bar Associations. In the community, she is actively involved in the Zonta Club of Milwaukee, an international service organization dedicated to improving the status of women worldwide.
