Biography
Judith M. Budny concentrates her legal practice in the areas of family law, probate, guardianship and mediation. Attorney Budny’s family law practice includes handling cases involving divorce, custody, placement, representing children in disputed matters as Guardian ad Litem, child support, paternity, and premarital and marital agreements. Attorney Budny previously served as municipal judge for the Village of West Milwaukee. She has also served the community in other capacities, including tenure on the City of Franklin Ethics Board; President of the West Milwaukee Rotary Club; Board Member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Civic Alliance and West Allis Chamber of Commerce.
