Biography
Lindsey Burghardt’s practice areas include: family law (divorce, legal separation and paternity),
estate planning, guardianships, adoption (step-parent, relative and private), bankruptcy and
probate. Lindsey is a member of both the Milwaukee and Waukesha Bar Associations and serves
on the Milwaukee County Bench-Bar Family Court Committee. Lindsey also volunteers her time
through the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project and is a member of Milwaukee County’s Guardianship
Assistance Program Modest Means Panel.
